I specialize in selecting, migrating, and administering learning management systems (LMS) to meet organizational needs. With extensive experience in scoping and evaluating LMS options, I ensure seamless implementation and optimal functionality.

Evaluating Learning Management Systems
My client needed a more robust LMS that included a storefront for selling continuing education credit courses. My team and I conducted a thorough evaluation of several different systems. Once chosen, I helped support the transition of materials and users to the new LMS.
LMS Administration
I have taken administrative roles wit several different LMS including Canvas, LearnUpon, and CoAssemble.
Knowledge Base / Help Center Administration
I have also served as the admin to a company help center and intranet. I wrote articles, managed users, and served as customer support for the entire help center (Helpjuice).
