Pulse Check Responses:

  • Weekly mood ratings (1-5 scale)

Automatically Collected Information

Device Information:

  • Device type and model

  • Operating system version

Biometric Data (Optional):

Managers cannot see:

  • Individual team member responses

  • Which team member submitted specific feedback

Team Members can see:

  • Their own historical responses

  • General team statistics

Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our app:

Supabase (Backend Infrastructure):

  • Database hosting

  • Authentication services

  • Real-time data synchronization

  • Data stored in secure cloud servers with encryption

RevenueCat (Subscription Management):

  • Process subscription payments

  • Manage Pro tier access

  • Handle refunds and billing

  • Subject to RevenueCat's privacy policy

Push Notification Services:

  • Apple Push Notification Service (APNs)

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

  • Deliver pulse check reminders
